Minerals and Trace Elements supplement for pure water (H2O), which is not suitable for your Discus. A healthy environment can only be created from dissolved minerals, trace elements, and humic substances. For breeding aquariums and aquariums with soft water, demineralized water is used, which contains no natural ingredients, typically generated by reverse osmosis systems or ion exchangers. Discus Minerals compensates for the lack of minerals and trace elements, mineralizing the water. It is specifically optimized for soft-water biotopes and prevents damage caused by mineral deficiencies, while generating healthy aquarium water. Discus Minerals does not contain sodium chloride (table salt) and does not increase carbonate hardness.

Instructions for Use:

• When using demineralized water (e.g., from RO systems): dose 15 g of Discus Minerals per 100 l of water.
• When using mineral-poor water (e.g., soft tap water): dose 10 g per 100 l of water.

Discus Minerals is easily dissolvable. Fully dissolve the required amount of the mineral mix in a separate container with water. Once the solution is ready, slowly add it to the aquarium. 1 g per 10 liters increases hardness by approximately 3° GH and conductivity by about 150 μS/cm.
