Types of service and consultations

Our team of experienced and well-trained aquarists will make sure that your aquarium always looks impressive and is in perfect shape. At each visit, a protocol is filled out with the activities performed, recommendations and comments, as well as a recording of the current state of the aquarium.

Consultation for maintenance of an existing aquarium (free of charge)

Before starting maintenance, a consultation is held, during which:

• You receive an assessment of the current condition
  
• We check the existing filtration and lighting system
  
• We discuss future goals and the reasons why they have not been realized so far
  
• We present and sign a maintenance agreement

Consultation for a new aquarium - on site (100 BGN)

If you are planning to purchase a new aquarium, we can assist you with:

• Visit to your home or office
  
• Consultation on types of equipment and systems
  
• Preparation of a project and offer
  

If you take advantage of our subscription maintenance, you receive a 100 BGN discount on the first invoice.

Professional Aquarium Consultant – On-site

Price: From 80 BGN/hour (minimum 1 hour) depending on location

On-site training for aquarium maintenance

The price is determined based on the distance from our base.
