Conditions for delivery on the territory of Bulgaria

All orders for delivery in Bulgaria with Econt and Speedy couriers made before 4:00 p.m. are fulfilled on the same working day, and you receive them on the next working day. Orders placed after 16:00 are delivered the next day*. All orders are delivered to the address you specify or to an Econt or Speedy office. We reserve the right to change the delivery time in the event of unforeseen circumstances, and we will necessarily notify you of the delay beforehand.

The cost of delivery in Bulgaria is free for orders over BGN 80, regardless of the place of residence. For orders under BGN 80, delivery is calculated online and will be visible in your basket.

When requesting a product that is not listed on the site, the delivery time is negotiated additionally with the customer, as our representative will contact you.

*The following cases are an exception:
-another delivery day has been agreed upon
- there is no delivery of the courier company for the relevant day
-weekends and holidays

Deliveries to the specified address are made Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Orders made to an Econt office are received the next day, including Saturdays.

You can see the shipping costs for each item directly on the web page, in the shopping cart and during the ordering process. Please note that shipping to some countries may be higher depending on the total weight of the parcel if you purchase more than one item.
